Tasting Notes
Nose: soft notes of cinnamon leads to stewed plums and a hint of orange peel. Muted sherbet comes to the fore accompanied by subtle strawberry jam.
Palate: toasted malt initially, followed by ripe green apple and dry oak flavours. Soft fruitcake develops alongside subtle black pepper and hints of cashew nuts.
Finish: medium to long finish with aniseed and desiccated ginger.
