St. Bridget's Kirk 10 Year Old Robert Burns Oloroso Quarter Cask 48.5%
A limited edition blended malt from Hannah Whisky Merchants, released to celebrate Scotland's national poet and lyricist, Robert Burns. The bottle is presented with an illustrative depiction of John Barleycorn, Burns' allegorical poem on whisky making, written and published in 1782.
This 10 Year Old blend brings together three single malt components, each matured separately before marrying. These are Glen Spey matured in ex-ruby Port cask, Glen Moray matured in ex-bourbon barrel and Caol Ila matured in ex-super Porto ruby cask.
The blend was then given a finishing period in a first-fill Oloroso quarter cask, adding a final layer of rich, spiced sherry depth to the fruit forward profile. Caol Ila's gentle coastal smoke threads through the background, balancing the sweetness with a subtle maritime edge.
Bottled on 14th of January 2026 at 48.5% abv, non-chill filtered, with no added colouring. This is one of just 194 bottles.
