Here at Whisky International we have a simple business philosophy – to supply the best whisky from Scotland and around the world to our customers at competitive prices where ever they are around the world.

What's different about the whisky we sell?

Our product range is constantly changing as we source the latest releases as soon as they become available. We also have a unique selection of distillery only bottles that any whisky collector would be keen to add to their collection.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

We send your order confirmation to the email address given in your order details immediately. If you can’t find your confirmation, please check your junk folder and add us to your safe sender list as we will never send you spam emails.

What size is the bottle I am purchasing?

Information about the bottle sizes are provided in the additional information when you select a bottle to view on the website.

Is VAT deducted for order outside the EU?

Yes VAT will be deducted from your total at checkout once you have completed the delivery address details.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, you will receive an e mail and a text message from our courier with a link allowing you to track your package all the way to the delivery address.

How do my bottles get packed?

Here at Whisky International we pride ourselves on our packing skills and we ensure your package only leaves us once it has been checked to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Is there a minimum order value?

No there is no minimum order size.

How do I pay for my whisky?

We prefer to take all orders through our website. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We also accept payment by bank transfer however with this method your order will not be dispatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds. Details of all payment methods are provided at checkout.

Where does my order get shipped from?

We are based in Edinburgh and all orders will leave from the UK.

How much is the bottle in my currency?

We have provided a currency converter on the website, you can change the currency displayed on our website by clicking on the currency symbol at the top right of our website.
