This hand filled distillery exclusive expression was triple distilled on 10th March 2010 and matured solely in a 1st filled Bourbon barrel.
Official Tasting Notes
On the nose
Sweet with vanilla fudge and clover honey, light hazelnuts and a touch of almond, developing into a floral boutique of Jasmin, hyacinth and gardenia with a touch of fresh rosemary.
On the tongue
Custard apple and vanilla cream, candyfloss, lemon meringue pie with white peaches, a touch of guava with buttery notes of cake dough followed by a eucalyptus twist.
To the end
Sweet and floral with lemon curd, a hint of lime zest and a touch of vanilla batter.
