This non-peated mystery Speyside single malt has been bottled by the same folk behind Daffy's Gin and seeks to raise awareness of Scotland's peatlands. These are one of our most important stores of carbon, which protect us against global warming and are crucial to Scotland's ecology. Each bottle purchased supports investment in peatland restoration projects that reduce carbon emissions. The whisky has been matured in ex-sherry casks and offers notes of walnut cake, toffee apple and hint of smoke.
