Distilled in 2008, the new spirit was filled into a freshly made Virgin Oak hogshead and matured solely in that cask. Aged 10 Years.
Distilled 17th October 2008. Bottled 22nd July 2019.

Nose: Green tea, Limousin oak and sawmill aromas
Palate: Freshly cut wood, bubblegum and boiled aniseed sweets
Finish: Slightly dry and tannic with hints of retsina wine
