The Edradour 17 Year Old Bordeaux Cask Finish was distilled in 1999, the spirit was initially matured in ex Bourbon hogsheads, before being re-casked into freshly dumped Premier Cru Bordeaux hogsheads, for a further period of 46 months maturation. This bottling is from 3 of the 25 Bordeaux hogsheads filled in 2013.

Nose: Soft fragrant blackberries, almonds and a hint of coffee
Palate: Reveals delicate tannins of the wine, red berries and gentle ash from the original toasting of the cask
Finish: Slightly dry, but warming and long, with blackberries, almonds and a hint of milk chocolate and vanilla
