Official Tasting Notes for Tormore 26 Year Old Cask #101160 Berry Bros & Rudd

The nose offers concentrated fruit, with quince jam, and hints of pineapple and linseed. The palate starts off gently before building to a full and rich fruitiness, alongside a trace of marzipan and the acidic edge of Sauvignon Blanc. The finish is long, lingering and graceful. The nose gives plenty of ripe tropical fruits. It is well integrated and rounded. With time some tannins and liquorice emerge adding extra dimension. The palate is fruity and creamy with playful longevity, finishing with some balancing oak.
