Ballindalloch 2015 11 Year Old Ex-Bourbon Single Cask #33 UK Exclusive 59.4%

Tucked away in the heart of Speyside, Ballindalloch Distillery is a family-owned distillery that prides itself on crafting traditional single malt Scotch whisky. Situated on the historic Ballindalloch Estate, which has been home to the Macpherson-Grant family for generations, the distillery follows a hands-on approach to whisky making, embracing time-honored methods and attention to detail.

Ballindalloch is one of Scotland’s few true farm distilleries, where every step of the whisky-making process is carefully controlled—from growing their own barley to maturing the whisky on-site. This ensures that each bottle captures the spirit of Speyside and reflects the estate's rich heritage.

Their single malt whisky is known for its depth, complexity, and balance, offering rich flavors that are shaped by the unique Speyside climate and terroir. Each sip provides a journey through the history and craftsmanship that has been passed down through generations.
