Refund policy

Purchasers may cancel the order by informing Whisky international Online Ltd up to 14 days after receiving the delivery.

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in original condition within 14 days of the date cancelled.

Whisky International Online Ltd will refund the purchase within 14 days of you returning the product.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning the goods to Whisky International Online Ltd and the liability for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
