Big Peat Fèis Ìle 2026 Edition is a limited small-batch blended malt celebrating the spirit of Islay, bringing together single malts from some of the island’s most renowned distilleries before an indulgent finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled at natural cask strength (52.6% ABV), non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, this bold expression balances powerful peat smoke with luxurious sweetness. The nose reveals feisty Islay smoke, sweet bonfire embers, dried fig and date, alongside freshly roasted coffee. On the palate, layers of toasted walnut, cocoa and velvety Pedro Ximénez richness unfold, leading to a long, warming finish with enduring peat smoke and a refined, gently drying character.
