Distilled in June of 2015 on Islay, bottled in Alexandria the first week in August 2026. This release is made up of two first fill ex- Jim Beam barrels disgorged and vatted to marry together for weeks before bottling at natural cask strength and colour. There’s 565 bottles from this batch.

Nose

Salty peat, sugary breakfast cereal, icing sugar and a touch of wood at the back end

Palate

Bright and salty. Cereals persist driving the flavour profile as opposed to fruit driven whiskies. This starts sugary sweet before drying out to tingling oak and spice with a generous honey note and texture.

Finish

The sugar sweet fades to oak and delicate smoke leaving a satisfying warmth in the mouth and chest.
