GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength is a bold Speyside single malt crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Billy Walker, showcasing the distillery’s focus on expert cask management. Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks, it is bottled at natural cask strength with no added colour or chill filtration. Rich and full-bodied, it offers notes of coffee beans, cocoa, treacle toffee, figs, butterscotch and baked apple, followed by floral honey, dark chocolate, spice, cranberry and honeyed nuts, with a long finish of Black Forest gâteau, liquorice, boozy cherries and roasted coffee.
