The GlenAllachie 19 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Billy Walker’s Masters of Wood series, matured exclusively in ex-Solera sherry casks and bottled at 50% ABV. Rich and complex, it opens with brandied plum, mocha, honeycomb, caramel snaps, molasses and cocoa, before leading into a full-bodied palate of plum syrup, treacle, heather honey, black cherries, brandied orchard fruits, cinnamon and ginger. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dark chocolate, dried fruit and gentle spice
