Matured for fifteen years in American oak bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, it balances Laphroaig’s distinctive smoky character with layers of fresh citrus, vanilla and warming spice. The palate combines sea salt and smoke with black pepper, cinnamon, clove and coriander, before developing notes of juicy peach and ripe grapefruit. A long, smoky finish brings together its savoury and sweet characteristics.
