This inaugural Borders Single Malt Scotch Whisky is crafted using locally sourced barley from ten Scottish farms within 30 miles of the distillery and matured for eight years, primarily in first-fill bourbon barrels before a final maturation in Madeira casks. Smooth, elegant and fruit-forward, it offers caramel, vanilla and honey alongside orchard fruits, rich sultanas, hazelnut, buttery macadamia, candied peel and gentle oak. Limited to 10,000 bottles and bottled in a 70cl at 46% ABV.
