Nose: Pine needles and peppery, nicely resinous with notes of Brackla. Liquorice, a delicious pint of Weihenstephaner, fennel seed, curry (broadly speaking), cereal bars.

Palate: Lemons and green apples with kiwi and peppery spice. Fermenting cider

Finish: Triple sec (maybe double sec) and pastry. Lovely stuff
