Rosebank 31 Year Old – Legacy Release Two is a remarkable whisky drawn from a carefully selected range of casks laid down in 1990, just before the distillery closed in 1993. This vibrant and light expression opens with bursts of citrus, soft vanilla, and candied almonds, while camomile, berry, and baked banana appear on the palate. It finishes smoothly with sweet peach, oak, and herbal notes. The second release in the global series of Rosebank’s legacy editions, it epitomises the qualities that earned Rosebank its revered status as ‘The King of the Lowlands’.
