Surprisingly, some casks proved exceptional during sampling, leading them to bottle them under "Warehouse Reserve" – always at cask strength, unchill filtered, and in natural color.
In their pursuit of excellence, they occasionally encounter casks with untapped potential or seek to enhance flavors. For these, they engage in secondary maturation, carefully sourcing wood directly. These refined spirits are also bottled under "Warehouse Reserve."
