A sweet and zesty Deanston single cask release by leading independent bottler SMWS. Distilled in April 2017 and left to mature in a single first fill ex-bourbon barrel for 8 years. 

Aromas of citrus zest, marmalade and clementine peel are complemented by waxy apples doused in custard and hints of toffee. There’s a great balance and richness with black pepper spice notes developing.

Bottled at natural strength of 61.4% abv with just 230 bottles drawn from this exceptional single cask no. 79.14. An uncompromising release that offers a chance to sample just how good Deanston can be when matured in a single ex-bourbon cask.
