Palate - Rich and decadent, caramel sauce, dates, hazelnut brittle, marzipan, Christmas spice and hint of cardamom, long notes of dry sherry, red grape, orange zest

Finish - Softens to velvety finish of baked fruits, hints of vanilla and gentle oak
