An original island product created by our apothecarist Amanda Saurin to compliment your Isle of Harris Gin.
This special Aromatic Water is distilled from hand-dived Sugar Kelp gathered by our local seaweed harvester Lewis Mackenzie from around our shores.
Simply add a few drops to your Isle of Harris Gin to bring a wave of Outer Hebridean seas and an extra essence of the island directly to your drink.
Alternatively, add to seafood to enhance maritime flavours or experiment in a coastal-influenced dram of whisky.
