From independent bottler Cadenhead’s comes this delicious 2011 vintage Paul John Indian whisky. An intriguing vatting of five different casks of Paul John. Three were peated and two were unpeated, married together then returned to cask from which Cadenhead’s obtained one hogshead and one barrel. A release of just 564 bottles of this limited edition whisky.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Green apples, hints of cinnamon and caramel.
Palate: Chewy toffee; Slight smokiness builds up and oiliness coats the mouth.
Finish: Orange zest. Smoke continues and then rye notes come through.
