Timber® is a premium botanical rum crafted in small batches in Scotland. Awarded a Silver medal at the London Spirit Competition.
Caribbean rum from Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Guyana is re-distilled in Scotland with carefully selected botanicals and then cut to a bottling strength of 40% ABV with pure, fresh water from Royal Deeside.
Versatile and smooth, it appeals to traditional rum drinkers, all those who enjoy quality spirits and cocktail drinkers.
Timber® is the new spirit from Broken Chimney Spirits Ltd. Neil and Chris are friends and neighbours in Edinburgh and have a shared passion for quality spirits.
The idea to create their own spirit came to them in late 2019 on a trip to London. Timber was born after a year of product development with the team at Lost Loch Spirits in Aboyne, Aberdeenshire.

Soft notes of honey and caramel on the nose lead on to a smooth, subtle heat with notes of toffee and hazelnut to taste.
Sip Timber® neat, pour over ice for an on the rocks treat or enjoy it in classic cocktails. The signature serve is a refreshing TLC (Timber, Lime and Cola).
