Tasting Notes for Tomatin 2009 Caribbean Rum Barrel
A mix of toffee and espresso before soft notes of banana, coconut and white chocolate on the nose. Sweet caramel leads the palate followed by bursts of citrus and cinnamon. The finish is long and warming dancing between sweet toffee and dry spice.
