This 17 year old Aultmore was released by Signatory Vintage for their 100% Proof collection. Matured for 17 years in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry butts this bottling represents fantastic value for money. Bottled at 57.1% abv with natural colour and un-chill filtered. Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland’s premier independent bottlers with a wealth of outstanding quality casks.

The Aultmore distillery was founded in 1897 in the popular Speyside region outside the small town of Keith, north east Scotland. Suppling the large blending houses with Aultmore single malts the distillery quickly became a great hit for its smooth spirit. Now owned by John Dewar & Sons Ltd with the majority of production is for Dewar’s blended whisky. The core single malt expressions have won double gold in the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
