A 15 year old Red Spot Irish whiskey from Mitchell & Son’s. This relaunched single pot still whiskey is made up of three different whiskies aged separately then blended. One aged in Oloroso sherry casks, the next aged in bourbon casks and the final initially aged in bourbon casks before finishing in Marsala wine casks. A great multi-award-winning whiskey.
