Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Buttery, banana split, waxy apple skin, custard creams, apricot.

Palate: White grapes, light vanilla, almonds, marzipan, victoria sponge, shortcrust pastry.

Finish: Marzipan, croissants, gooseberries.

Founded back in 1897 by John Duff & Co this well know Speyside distillery was quickly closed and has changed hands numerous times in its lifespan. In 2020 the distillery’s whole core range was replaced with seven new exciting expressions. The owners BenRiach Distillery Company have also proudly reinstated the malting floors for occasional use.
