About Thompson Bros Whisky
Thompson Bros is the creation of brothers Simon and Philip Thompson, known for their fresh, thoughtful approach to whisky. Based in Dornoch, Scotland, their journey began with curating rare and vintage bottles at the family-run Dornoch Castle Hotel, before founding their own distillery in 2016.
Today, they bottle carefully selected casks under the Thompson Bros label - often quirky, always characterful - and produce small batches of their own spirit using traditional methods and long fermentations. Whether it’s an independent bottling or their own distillate, every release is driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for whisky’s roots.
