Colour:Pale Amber
Nose:Herbal, sweet, and fragrant with a distant perfumed smokiness. Notes of lemon balsam, linseed oil, and candied walnuts emerge, enhanced by heather honey, creosote, and a hint of tent canvas with water.
Palate:Sherbety texture with vibrant effervescence. Begins intensely sweet, then reveals flavors of aniseed, toffee, digestive biscuits, peppermint, menthol, tar, and coffee grits.
