Chivas Brothers Distillery Reserve Collection is an exceptional range of single malts that are rare, limited edition and all bottled at natural cask strength. Created by hand in one of the few remaining manually operated distilleries this 2008 vintage Scapa Single Cask Edition was bottled on the 20th of July 2020. The small team of dedicated artisans and the master distiller Brian ‘The Captain’ MacAuley use time perfected traditional techniques to create this sherry matured style whisky. Sweet ginger and cinnamon notes are rounded off by caramel flavours. A real fireside dram that’s complex and rich. One of just 888 bottles.

Nose: Sweet and soft red candy apples, homemade chocolate brownies with walnuts, with a touch of toasted hazelnuts
Taste: Tantalisingly spicy! Sweet ginger and cinnamon with a hint of liquorice rounded off with sweet caramel
