A very special edition for Fèis Ìle Day 2020, Spiorad An Dochais means ‘Spirit of Hope’ in Scots Gaelic and is limited to only 200 bottles. Meaning “Spirit of Hope” in Scots Gaelic, this 30 year old festival bottling has an extremely limited release, with only 200 bottles being produced. Our Fèis Ìle 2020 Day release. Although Fèis Ìle 2020 has been cancelled, we can still celebrate our island and the marvellous whisky we produce on it. Spending most of its life in sherry casks before being finished in oak casks, this spicy sweet spirit offers us the taste of Bunnahabhain tradition. Our ‘Spirit of Hope’ will be one that we’re not likely to forget, with the label reminding us that there will be a rainbow after this storm.

Palate
Roasted malt, candied walnuts, sweet dates and berries with cream.
Finish
Demerara sugar, spiced oak and sweet caramel which continues to linger.
