The 2025 Campbeltown Malts festival Release is now available to order. This year Glen Scotia have released a heavily peated 9 year old with a Ribera Del Duero Finish. Glen Scotia only produce heavily peated spirit for 6 weeks in the year making this expression somewhat special.
There’s a distinctive maritime character to this whisky with notes of creamy vanilla overlaid with rich peat smoke. The Ribera del Duero cask has imparted red ripe fruit, juicy blackberry notes and a whisper of liquorice. The smoke intermingles with the fruit giving a long velvety finish.
A bold, vibrant limited edition whisky worthy for a lively malts festival.
