An Orkney distillery vintage 2007 from independent bottler Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled as part of their award winning Lady Of The Glen range. Matured firstly in a refill hogshead then finished in an Ex-Oloroso sherry cask before being bottled on the 16th of February 2021. A lightly peated whisky with citrus, honey and peppery notes. This limited edition whisky is one of just 348 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Light leather and charred oak initially followed by a smoked oranges and heather character. With time, exotic spice, dried fruits ands and creme brûlée notes emerge. 

Palate: honey on toast, vanilla and bitter dark chocolate immediately flood the taste buds, but mellows to reveal a spicier character of nutmeg, cinnamon and smoked vanilla cream. 

Finish:long and with a bitter sweet balance of strong coffee and glazed cherries. This mellows with developing aromatic peat and high quality coco powder
