Located in the heart of Scotland’s capital, Holyrood Distillery is a bold reimagining of urban distilling. Founded in 2019, it ended a century-long drought of single malt production in Edinburgh’s city center. Occupying a 180-year-old railway terminal building near Arthur's Seat, Holyrood blends the city’s rich brewing heritage with cutting-edge whisky innovation.
