The Arran Machrie Moor 10 Year Old whisky is fully matured in 1st fill Bourbon Casks for 10 years and bottled at 46%, without chill filtration or added colouring, this new peated Arran Single Malt displays all the freshness of our island house style, with an added puff of smoke and earthiness, offering a warm gold coloured whisky with a peating level of 20ppm.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich sweet spiced notes backed with peat smoke.

Palate:A sweetness lies beneath the spice and the layer of sweet smoke adds intensity.

The Isle of Arran distillery is relatively new being founded in 1993 in the picturesque village of Lochranza. The area is notably home to some of the purest water in Scotland which aids in the production of a great natural whisky. In 2015 its first 18 year old came to market and is now part of the core range.
