Nose: Mineral and a very light suggestion of some peat. Some very big vanilla off the bat with a hint of Wheatabix and some coconut

Palate: Fruit comes first, with lots of apricot, coconut, and some pineapple. The earthiness of the peat gives a lot of body, and lifts the fruit before taking centre stage. More minerality and some vanilla custard help the fruit linger.

Finish: The peat stays quite lightly, and turning more ashy as the finish develops. Some mandarin and honey appear too, leaving the tail end nose and sweet.
