This 11-year-old blended malt Scotch whisky is a unique collaboration between Ralfy and North Star Spirits, created during a live blending session. Crafted from five casks, it offers a rich profile with notes of raisin oak, vanilla, ginger and plum on the nose, followed by gentle peat, liquorice and herbal hints on the palate. A limited charity release supporting Macmillan Cancer Support, it combines character with purpose.
