Arran Barley 10 Year Old Batch 002 is the second release in the Arran Barley series, crafted using Concerto barley grown by the Currie family at Bellevue Farm on the Isle of Arran. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, this limited-edition single malt celebrates the island’s whisky-making heritage and local craftsmanship, offering a unique expression shaped by its home-grown barley and careful cask selection.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose Fresh herbs and bright citrus, balanced by soft vanilla sweetness and a hint of aniseed.

Palate Ginger biscuits and vanilla. Citrus notes and a complex oily texture bring depth and complexity to the fruit.

Finish Rich and warming with gentle aniseed and sweet spice.

The Isle of Arran distillery is relatively new being founded in 1993 in the picturesque village of Lochranza. The area is notably home to some of the purest water in Scotland which aids in the production of a great natural whisky. In 2015 its first 18 year old came to market and is now part of the core range.
