To celebrate English Whisky's newly granted Geographical Indication status, we've released The Full English. A whisky built purely from the local area: local barley, English water, distilled and matured here in the Cotswolds. Aged in its entirety in English oak from a sustainably managed forest, in a cask handmade by master cooper Alastair Simms at Jensen's, the last remaining cooperage in England.

On the nose, sweet resin, dried figs and cacao nibs, lifted by aromatic baking spices.

The palate brings spiced oranges and mulled wine, with chestnuts and a round, well-structured tannin.

The finish is long and resinous, aromatic spiced citrus held together by well-integrated wood tannins.
