This Auchroisk 10 Year Old Whisky is a delightful Speyside single malt and was released as part of the Flora and Fauna range being the only official bottling from the distillery. The former Auchroisk Singleton was replaced in 2001 by the Auchroisk Flora and Fauna 10 year old. There’s aromas of citrus and spice leading to a wonderful soft palate with flavours of fresh fruit and milk chocolate. A well balanced drying finish leaving with dried fruit notes.

Nose: Light, with a playful zestiness. Crème anglaise, cut grass and delectable nuttiness creep in.
Palate: Quite sweet with a pleasant softness.
Finish: Soft, dry green cereal notes.

Auchroisk distillery in Speyside was established in 1974 to produce whisky for blending. The initial great quality of the spirit meant that it was released to market later as a single malt. This malt was called Singleton up until 2001 then replaced by the name Auchroisk in the flora & fauna series.
