Official Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe apple, poached pear, tropical fruit, elderflower, lime zest and coca powder fill the nose, complemented by notes of white chocolate, pineapple, honey, mango, banana and white pepper throughout the palate.

Auchroisk distillery in Speyside was established in 1974 to produce whisky for blending. The initial great quality of the spirit meant that it was released to market later as a single malt. This malt was called Singleton up until 2001 then replaced by the name Auchroisk in the flora & fauna series.
