Balblair Whisky Craft Season Four Single Cask #2 is an 18-year-old Highland single malt, matured with extended Marsala cask influence and bottled at cask strength (54.1% ABV), with only 254 bottles available. This limited release displays a golden amber hue with a warm honeyed sheen, opening on a bright, lifted nose of orange zest and citrus peel layered with waxy sweetness, savoury depth and gentle spice. The palate is rich and syrupy, delivering notes of cane sugar, red and dark berries, and toffee, balanced by subtle oak and Marsala-driven warmth. A touch of char and cracked pepper leads into a soft, lingering sweetness on the finish, offering a distinctive and well-rounded dram.
