Rare distillery exclusive Ballindalloch single cask release from Scotland’s first single estate distillery. This Speyside expression was distilled in November 2015 then matured in a single ex-bourbon hogshead, cask no. #560 before bottling in June 2024 at a robust 61% abv. 

Barley grown on the estate was used in the production of this distinct release with just 481 individually numbered bottles made available. The whisky gives a great insight into the quality that is to come from this young distillery that first started distilling in September 2014.

Ballindalloch is a family owned Speyside distillery that began production in 2014. An old farm steading in the Ballindalloch Castle Estate was renovated for the purpose. Much of the original structure as possible was retained. 

The owners are dedicated to crafting single malt whisky in a traditional way. Ballindalloch is single estate distillery. Barley grown on the estate is used for the production and whisky is also matured on site. Even the draff is fed back to their own cattle! 

Now welcoming visitors for tours and tastings this manual distillery offers a insight into it’s unique history.
