From one of Scotland’s newest distilleries, Ballindalloch comes the 2nd edition of the Seven Springs Collection. Matured for 8 years in a mixture of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being bottled in 2024 at 60.6% abv. 
The 2nd edition of the Seven Springs Collection is a testament to the versatility of the Ballindalloch Spirit. This outstanding single malt reflects the autumn colours of the Estate.

Official Tasting Notes

The russet and golden hues, rich chocolate orange flavours, and an elegant and spicy finish set this apart as a unique tasting experience. It is a tribute to the seven Garline springs that feed our distillery.

Ballindalloch is a family owned Speyside distillery that began production in 2014. An old farm steading in the Ballindalloch Castle Estate was renovated for the purpose. Much of the original structure as possible was retained. 

The owners are dedicated to crafting single malt whisky in a traditional way. Ballindalloch is single estate distillery. Barley grown on the estate is used for the production and whisky is also matured on site. Even the draff is fed back to their own cattle! 

Now welcoming visitors for tours and tastings this manual distillery offers a insight into it’s unique history.
