Bonnington distillery in Leith is the home of Crabbie whisky as well as this limited edition. Matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, this single malt incorporates the classic dried fruit character, alongside notes of candied almonds, summer berries, freshly cut ginger and some soft tannins reminiscent of black tea.
