Nose: Bright fragrant aromas of green fruits & white flowers with sweet notes of honey & vanilla.

Palate: The palate brings aged leather, apple pie, and spiced honey. 

Coastal Stone Whisky’ is an Australian single malt from Manly Spirits Co. distillery in Brookvale, Sydney. The distillery was founded in 2017 by David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton and their first venture was to make gin, vodka and white dog malt spirit. These award winning spirits are made with sustainably foraged marine botanicals found on the coast nearby plus other Australian native botanicals are used a well. The first of five ‘Coastal Stone’ whiskies in the The Elements Series was released towards the end of 2021. The last three of the ‘Coastal Stone’ single malts were released in April 2022. These superb quality small batch single malts were made to reflect the raw natural coastal surroundings and the distilleries aim was to surpass customer expectations. Each one is matured in a different cask type; sherry, bourbon, pinot, shiraz and port making up the five in the series. There is also the Nor’Easter release which is Manly Spirits signature whisky.
