Craigellachie 11 Year Old Exceptional Cask Series is a powerful single-cask Speyside single malt, distilled on 9 February 2012 and matured in an Oloroso sherry cask before bottling at natural cask strength on 18 December 2023. Cask #5192 delivers rich aromas of syrupy fruit and pineapple chunks, balanced by cereal notes and dry spice, with vanilla, black pepper and dusted popcorn adding further complexity. Bottled at an impressive 62.1% ABV with natural colour, this limited release yielded just 363 bottles.
