Ruadh Maor (Glenturret) 14 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Refill Marsala Barrique 57.3%

Ruadh Maor (Glenturret) 14 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Refill Marsala Barrique 57.3%

£61.95 (exc. VAT)

Ruadh Maor, Gaelic for 'Big Red’ is the name Glenturret has reserved for its rare, heavily peated spirit. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026, this 14 year old was matured in a single refill Marsala barrique.

Bottled at a robust cask strength of 57.3% abv, non-chill filtered and no added colour, this is a whisky in is most untouched and natural form. With only an outturn of 304 bottles and the fact that Glenturret has phased out peated production altogether, this whisky is a compelling buy. An outstanding single cask release for anyone that appreciates smoky Highland whisky from one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries.
